Are you a confident, creative Primary Class Teacher looking to work in a well-organised, supportive primary school next academic year? If so, we want to hear from you!

Teach Plus is currently working with a friendly, nurturing, 2-form entry ‘Good' primary school that is recruiting for a Primary Class Teacher to join them this September. This role is suitable for an ECT seeking their first primary teaching role or an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge.

The school is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every child feels supported, respected, and cared for. They foster strong relationships with parents and the wider community. The senior leadership team has high expectations for pupils, resulting in students being well prepared for their next educational stages. Staff feel well supported and work collaboratively as part of a team.

As a Primary Class Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Taking on full classroom responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking, and assessments
• Planning and delivering lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum
• Planning for continuous provision with enhancement opportunities for pupils
• Using a range of teaching strategies and resources to support learning, including learning through play, phonics, and early numeracy skills
• Maintaining consistent relationships with parents regarding academic progress
• Attending meetings and INSET days to support the school's development

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
• Recent experience as a Primary Class Teacher in a primary school setting
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to at least one academic year
• UK-recognised Teaching Qualification with QTS
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
• Right to work in the UK
