An inclusive and supportive Primary School in the Borough of Ealing is seeking a passionate ECT Primary Class Teacher to join their team from September 2025. You would be employed directly through the school on a full-time, permanent basis.

This 2-form-entry Primary School is renowned for the support given to ECTs (NQTs) through experienced mentorship, 1:1 coaching, and constant CPD opportunities! Lots of experienced members of staff started as ECTs here and have gone from strength to strength.

• Full-time, Permanent Contract - September 2025 start
• MPS1 - MPS3 (£36,413 - £40,322) per annum
• Based in the Borough of Ealing

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must have UK QTS
• Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum and teaching standards
• Must show a passion and creative flair towards educating, and working with, children
• 'Good' or 'Outstanding' lesson observations needed
