Academics is recruiting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across our network of partner schools in the Staines area. This is an excellent opportunity to build confidence, gain classroom experience across a variety of settings, and support young learners while developing your teaching practice.

The ideal candidate will have recently achieved QTS or be due to qualify soon, with strong communication and classroom management skills, and a flexible, enthusiastic approach.

Are you an ECT/newly qualified teacher or due to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) soon? Looking to build your confidence, gain valuable classroom experience, and explore a variety of school environments.

Academics are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across our network of partner schools throughout the Staines area.
