Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Support students’ progress through clear learning objectives, assessment and feedback.
• Work closely with your department and mentor as part of the school's structured ECT programme.
• Foster a classroom environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning Maths.
  • Take part in staff training, meetings, and school events as an active member of the community.

Requirements:

• Has a strong passion for Maths and the ability to make complex concepts accessible.
• Is enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to develop as a teacher.
• Possesses excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Is keen to contribute to the wider life of the school.
• Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
