Qualificações

• Must have QTS or be due to achieve QTS.
• Relevant degree or teaching qualification.
• Passion for education and supporting young people.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across different school settings.

• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and supporting pupil engagement.
