Key Responsibilities of the ECT Teacher English:

Job Requirements of the ECT Teacher English:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending completion of a teacher training programme.
• Strong subject knowledge in English literature and language.
• A creative, adaptable, and student-centred approach to teaching.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for education and a commitment to professional growth.
• Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
