We are excited to offer a secondment opportunity for a passionate and highly organised individual to join our team as an ECT & CPD Project Officer for six months. This role is crucial to the successful delivery of Hackney Educations Early Career Teacher (ECT) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) strategy for the 202526 academic year.

The focus:Building and nurturing strong, professional relationships with schools that have invested in the 202526 Collaborative CPD Package and Access Package. Your work will ensure they receive exceptional support, timely communication, and responsive service to help them get the most from their CPD experience.

What youll do:

  • Be the key point of contact for schools participating in the Collaborative Package, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality CPD and ECT activities and events.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external facilitators to ensure smooth running of programmes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date systems and databases related to course scheduling, attendance, and evaluations.
  • Assist in marketing, communications, and materials development for the CPD offer.
