This is an exciting opportunity to join the Lady Joanna team as an EYFS class teacher. We are looking for someone who exemplifies excellence in the classroom. You will be passionate, energised, and excited by pedagogy, with a thirst for personal development. Your inclusive mindset will view all pupils as individual learners, applying diagnostic and adaptive teaching approaches to meet their needs. You will be a team player and enjoy collaborative working, which is central to our CPD and subject leadership model.

The successful candidate will be an Early Careers Teacher, passionate about learning, curious, reflective, and aware that there are various ways to achieve outcomes. The position is temporary for 2 years initially.
