Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a CRM Executive to lead CRM, email marketing and loyalty initiatives from our Newcastle upon Tyne office. You will work with the eCRM & Loyalty Manager and wider marketing team to deliver engaging customer communications across email and app.

You will build campaigns, support loyalty activity, maintain accurate customer data and provide regular reporting to drive campaign optimisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CRM/email marketing campaigns.
• Experience with loyalty programmes across multi-channel campaigns.
• Ability to report campaign performance and insights.
