Job description

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team to support the Enhanced Clinical Practitioner (ECP) Apprenticeship project within the Directorate of Allied and Public Health.

We are seeking a capable, organised, proactive, and enthusiastic professional to take responsibility for the day-to-day project and client management support for the 1-year enhanced clinical practice apprenticeship upskilling programme. The project is funded by NHS England with the aim to enable the rollout, uptake, and delivery of the enhanced clinical practitioner Apprenticeship programmes for allied health professionals (AHPs) in England.

The post holder will have the ability to provide administrative support, project monitoring, and reporting to the team, as well as supporting the organisation of external events and stakeholder engagement. They will be adept at collating, analysing, and presenting data to support monitoring and reporting to the commissioning body NHSE and other key partners. Experience working with NHS and social care partners is desired.

Interviews are scheduled to take place on 20th May 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Project Management Support and ensure that project progress is delivered, monitored, and reported appropriately.
  2. Delivery of stakeholder management and project support to ensure the recording system for apprenticeship and mentor uptake and development is maintained accurately.
  3. Assist in the design of marketing and communications campaigns and channels for the project, and coordinate and monitor their delivery.
  4. Ensure that any committee, project, or financial reports are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Monitor the development and review of administrative systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective implementation and operation of policies and procedures.
  5. Manage the setup and servicing of all relevant stakeholder meetings, including the preparation of agendas, recording meetings, and following through on appropriate actions.
  6. The post-holder may be required to travel to client meetings as part of their duties.
