Responsibilities

• Support innovation for Ecosorb through lab work, product improvements, and R&D priorities.
• Collaborate with field sales, technical service, and customers to design experiments.
• Develop lab testing protocols to evaluate Ecosorb performance in applications.
• Provide technical support for customer trials and data interpretation.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues with process engineering.
• Document results and recommendations clearly for internal and customer use.
• Maintain a safe, organized laboratory environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
