Job description

Freshminds has partnered with an international organisation to find an Economic Research Analyst who will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic capital allocation and delivering data-driven insights across international markets.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conducting research across global economics, financial markets, and real estate to inform investment strategy
  • Delivering data-driven insights through written reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Supporting strategic portfolio allocation and market forecasting
  • Collaborating with senior investment decision-makers across multiple teams

Requirements:

  • c.2-4 years of experience in economic research, investment analysis, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong academic background in economics, finance, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Excellent data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel; experience with R or Python is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly to varied audiences

The role offers a base salary of £45,000 - £60,000 DOE, plus bonus, generous pension contributions, and other benefits including free lunches and hybrid working.
