JOB TITLE: Economic Crime Prevention Senior Manager - BCB/CIB Oversight Team

SALARY: The salary banding for this role is £83,411 - £98,130

HOURS: 35 hours, full time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Are you an expert in Economic Crime Prevention with experience overseeing economic crime risks in Correspondent Banking and Trade Finance? This could be the role for you!

We’re recruiting an experienced economic crime risk specialist to lead the 2nd line oversight of Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption risks for Correspondent Banking and Trade Finance.

You’ll oversee the economic crime risk and control environment to support robust risk management, including implementing and managing risk policies, risk appetite, and oversight plans.

What will I be doing?

  • Supporting the Head of Oversight in managing relationships with 1LOD senior leadership for Correspondent Banking & Trade Finance.
  • Undertaking real-time oversight of AML, Fraud, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption risk profiles.
  • Overseeing the Economic Crime Prevention framework elements such as risk assessments, key indicators, and risk appetite.
  • Owning the 2nd line oversight of the strategy, investments, and projects for Correspondent Banking and Trade Finance initiatives.
  • Providing risk advice to economic crime risk and control owners.
  • Supporting and challenging 1LOD risk teams to support data-led risk management strategies.
