The eCommerce Brands team is seeking an eCommerce Trading Manager to lead our UK growth, focusing on Sports brands on NEXT UK. Based at Head Office in Leicestershire, this role offers a competitive salary and great benefits.

The UK Trading team drives growth by optimizing online product sales on Next.co.uk across Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear, and Home. They manage product launches and promotions to maximize sales and visibility.
As a Trading Manager within the Brands team, you will support the Business Manager as the main contact for a dedicated product area, such as Sports. You will own your division’s trading performance across NEXT’s UK website and third-party platforms, developing strategies, marketing, and collaborating across teams. Your commercial and product expertise will help identify opportunities, influence strategy, and grow sales, effectively managing the brand as a business within a business.
All activities are based at our Leicestershire Head Office, with flexible working arrangements (3 days in-office, 2 from home). We encourage you to bring energy, play to your strengths, and aim for continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates will have experience in eCommerce trading, specifically with Sports brands, be highly analytical, comfortable with large data volumes, possess strong communication skills, and have a forward-thinking attitude willing to challenge the status quo.
