My 1st Years, the UK's leading personalised baby and kids gifting brand, is seeking an Ecommerce Trading Manager to own the UK site trading calendar, run a structured CRO programme and shape how we merchandise and personalise the site experience. You'll have real authority to challenge how things are done and build a testing programme to move CVR and AOV on a £22m site.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in ecommerce trading, site merchandising or CRO
• Commercial operator's instinct with revenue targets
• Hands-on experience with a major ecommerce platform and a merchandising tool (Nosto, Algolia, Dynamic Yield)
• Confidence with data — GA4 or equivalent, strong Excel/Sheets, reports that tell the right story
• Experience managing junior team members, or readiness to step into line management with support

Responsibilities

• Owning the UK trading calendar — promotions, seasonal moments and category pushes
• Running the CRO test roadmap end-to-end: hypotheses, test design, execution and analysis
• Driving onsite merchandising strategy — category pages, product sort, homepage and collection curation
• Managing the Nosto personalisation platform and continuously improving the onsite experience
• Delivering a weekly trading report with clear commentary and recommended actions for the leadership team
