You will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the day-to-day management of our online shops through Shopify. This means optimising an end-to-end trading plan to deliver profitable growth for our eCommerce business, as well as delivery of new products and overseeing the product supply chain.

We are passionate about creating the best online experience for our fans across the globe to ensure the sites continue to grow in reach and revenue. Therefore, you will need to be prepared to be hands-on in all elements of online retail; the role covers everything from new product development to merchandising, from analytics and performance reporting to strategic planning.

The role reports directly to the Strategy & Insights Director. You’ll also have the opportunity to liaise with a variety of people across the business.
