Fenwick is seeking a Digital Trader to drive online sales and profitability across non-fashion categories. You will own category trading, optimise the customer journey and deliver growth through targeted merchandising, promotions and analytics.
Join a collaborative, fast-paced team in a hybrid role with home and Central London office work, focused on data-led trading and customer experience enhancements.
Are you a commercially minded and data-driven digital professional looking for an opportunity to influence online performance and customer experience? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a Digital Trader for our non-fashion categories, you will play a key role in driving online sales, optimising the customer journey and delivering commercial growth through effective trading, merchandising and promotional strategies across Fenwick's digital channels.
We offer hybrid working between your home and our offices on Wigmore Street, Central London, offering a collaborative and innovative working space.
As a Digital Trader, you will be instrumental in driving online sales and profitability by combining commercial insight with data-driven decision making. Owning the trading performance of your categories, you will use customer behaviour, web analytics and trading data to identify opportunities, optimise the online customer journey and deliver against key commercial KPIs including revenue, conversion, average order value and sell-through.
Working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Site Optimisation and Analytics teams, you will ensure the right products are showcased to the right customers at the right time. From managing the trading calendar and supporting key launches to optimising onsite merchandising, search and promotional activity, you will take a proactive approach to trading your categories, identifying opportunities to maximise performance and deliver incremental growth.
This is a highly collaborative and fast-paced role, requiring strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and a growth mindset. You will monitor category performance, make recommendations to improve trading outcomes, build relationships with brand partners and support the delivery of marketing activity through data-led insights. As the business continues to invest in its digital growth, you will also play an important role in supporting and developing colleagues, helping to establish best practice and drive performance across the wider team.
