We’re seeking a Results-Driven & Experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team.

As an Ecommerce Specialist at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will drive client success through strategic media buying, optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will develop accurate forecasts, ensuring seamless execution that turns projections into scalable growth. Your actions will embody CTC’s core values, leveraging your expertise across our forecasting methods and media acquisition principles.

You will go beyond delivering results—you will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining transparent communication about performance, strategy, and optimizations. This builds trust and positions CTC as a strategic ally in media acquisition and growth planning.

You will represent and advocate for CTC's unique media acquisition approach and tools.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?

SALARY RANGE

  • First month: $2,000
  • Second month: $4,000
  • Third month: $7,000/month on average
  • 1st Year: $64,000 - $76,000 annually
  • 2nd Year: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

This depends on client load and work quality.
