Responsibilities

The eCommerce Site Merchandising Specialist will work within the broader eCommerce team to support best-in-class customer experiences on our owned digital platform, YETI.com. Our website is more than a shopping experience; it also represents the pinnacle expression of our brand. As such, you will help execute a strategy that unites content and commerce in a way that engages consumers and drives high converting shopping experiences.

  • Support Digital Leadership in executing a growth-oriented digital product strategy.
  • Take an active role in website operations, supporting the execution of new product launches & campaigns.
  • Lead product launches, ensuring product data and information is correct, including:
    • Own the full product import process
    • Maintain product data across all legacy products
    • Updating product details where required
    • Upkeep of internal Product Bibles - Creating and maintaining cross-language handle imports for alternative language sites
    • Regular checks (on-site guardian) to ensure all product information on-site is accurate
  • Monitor on-site activity and product performance, ensuring optimized merchandising and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Recommend and action merchandising changes based on inventory position and product performance.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel (experience with Tableau or SQL a plus)
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, familiarity with site analytics tools and content management tools
  • Proficiency in Shopify ecommerce platform functions
  • Exposure to Matrixify or other bulk editing tool for uploading/maintaining product information and data
  • Ability to deliver results in evolving framework with shifting priorities and technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and manage relationships with cross-functional resources and outside vendors
  • Detail-oriented self-starter
  • Team player with initiative
  • Ability to own upcoming tasks confidently and proactively
  • Ability to initiate and complete tasks with minimal support, coordinating other team members to meet deadlines
  • Office located in Bristol city center - Hybrid working schedule 3 days in office, 2 days from home
  • Must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application
