We’re looking for a talented and technical DTC Ecommerce Growth Specialist. This role involves leading website innovation and CRO roadmaps, offering a unique opportunity to shape world-class customer experiences on our UK and Ireland websites.

Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Product and CRO Manager:
  1. Own the ecommerce product roadmap, managing testing via Intellimize and delivery through external developers.
  2. Drive UX and CX improvements to increase conversion rates, site health metrics, and efficiency on the Shopify+ site.
  3. Manage and optimize the ecommerce tech stack, supporting tools and processes for fast DTC growth.
  4. Utilize ecommerce, traffic, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies.
  5. Execute and report on A/B and multivariate testing to achieve incremental gains.
  6. Ensure websites meet technical SEO standards and provide seamless customer experiences across devices.
  7. Support ecommerce trade and CRM teams by enabling tools and features that enhance performance.
  8. Champion the integration of AI and LLM technologies to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
  9. Collaborate with CRM, social, and marketing teams to support growth strategies.
  10. Track and report on KPIs such as conversion rate, site speed, bounce rate, AOV, and efficiency metrics.
Required Skills:
