TJX Europe is offering a 12-month Ecommerce Placement in Watford, starting September 2027. You will work within the Ecommerce team across digital channels, supporting strategy and execution to enhance customer experience and drive online growth.

You will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with peers, and develop a broader understanding of off-price retail across multiple markets in the UK, Germany, and Austria.

Responsibilities

About The Program

The eCommerce team at TK Maxx works hard to offer an exciting experience for our customers every day. They ensure customers are thrilled about the product that has just arrived, encouraging them to buy it before it sells out, and delivering an onsite experience comparable to the joy of shopping with us in-store! This is executed across three transactional sites in the UK, Germany, and Austria, balancing a European perspective with the need to engage a local audience with relevant product and content.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with teams across eCommerce and the wider business, contributing to strategy and tactical execution while developing a strong understanding of off-price retail and eCommerce.
• Gain hands‑on experience within your designated team while collaborating and partnering with the rest of the function over 12 months.
• Partner with your ecom placement peers on cross‑functional work that will offer the perfect forum to expand your network, further your understanding of the business, and contribute to the overall strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Students on a sandwich degree, studying a degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in everything digital including websites, apps, digital marketing, social channels, product.
• Curious and customer-focused with an analytical mindset.
• Skills gained through studies in areas such as UX & Design, UI, Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Data & Analytics; Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Digital Operations; Business Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Digital Business are desirable but not essential.
