Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate fashion enthusiast with a flair for e-commerce to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the e-commerce trading team to gather A/B testing requirements, always prioritizing the customer experience. You will use commercial insights and data analysis to inform your decisions. Additionally, you will oversee all content updates, ensuring that the customer journey is clear and accurate.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Delivering optimisation & personalisation initiatives across Office & Offspring websites and apps.
  2. Lead A/B testing campaigns, identify opportunities for innovation, and implement impactful changes using Bloomreach and other tools.
  3. Collaborate with the wider trade, buyers, and CRM teams to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Support premiumisation efforts by optimizing CMS templates, briefing new features, and ensuring mobile and desktop journeys meet customer expectations.
  5. Plan, brief, and execute all trading optimisation A/B tests across the OFFICE, OFFICE London, and Offspring websites.
  6. Use Google Analytics and Content Square to proactively optimize online selling through site search updates, product recommendations, serving lightboxes, or product badges for promotions.
  7. Work closely with the design team to ensure all requirements are met, creative is commercially clear, and information is accurate.
  8. Coordinate with the trading team to discuss ideas, gather requirements, and plan future tests. Manage the relationship with our optimisation platform Dynamic Yield, including weekly calls with the account manager to analyze test results and discuss best practices.
  9. Hold regular meetings with trade and marketing teams to prioritize future optimization focus points.
  10. Compile weekly and monthly optimization reports, including top-line stats from recent A/B tests, next steps, and competitor analysis.
  11. Attend weekly planning meetings to ensure content and trading expectations are met.
  12. Communicate optimization plans with the team to ensure alignment.
  13. Use HTML and CSS knowledge to implement trading updates.
  14. Liaise with Front End Developers (agency) on creating and testing new experiences.

  • Experience in updating HTML and CSS.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with content management tools and a strong understanding of search and merchandising tools (Search and Promote).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, with the ability to work to strict deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
  • Passion for ecommerce, online shopping, and its impact on retail.
