We’re a company of people who like to forge our own path and leave the world better than we found it. Who believe that what makes us different makes us stronger. So add your voice. Make an impact. Find your fit — and your future.

About the Job

At Levi Strauss & Co., we’re redefining how customers experience our brand across digital and physical channels. As an eComm Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in leading and optimising end-to-end ecommerce operations across our warehouse and retail sites in Europe. Reporting to Director of Ecommerce Distribution Operations, you’ll oversee omni-channel fulfilment flows including click-and-collect, in-store returns, and home delivery, ensuring seamless execution, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience.

This is a cross-functional, hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of supply chain operations, system integration, and performance management. You’ll work closely with regional and global teams across Logistics, Retail, IT, and Customer Service to build scalable processes, implement backend tools, and improve KPIs. With a commercial mindset, data fluency, and a collaborative approach, you’ll help shape our operating model and drive continuous improvement across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily ecommerce operations across warehouse and retail fulfilment channels
  • Oversee omni-channel flows including click-and-collect, in-store returns, and home delivery from store
  • Drive performance across service, cost, and quality metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and optimise KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and fulfilment efficiency
  • Develop and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support growth and cost control
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Retail, and Transport teams to deliver on network strategy and capacity planning
  • Design and maintain the omni-channel operating model, ensuring smooth integration between physical stores and the ecommerce platform
  • Partner with IT and Global Project Teams to implement and maintain backend systems and omni-channel tools
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align fulfilment operations with customer experience goals
  • Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Train and support internal teams on best practices and new systems
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive scalability and operational excellence

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, omni-channel operations, or retail logistics
  • Strong understanding of fulfilment, logistics, inventory, and order management systems
  • Proven track record of driving KPI improvements and operational efficiency
  • Experience working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed organisations
  • Skilled in analysing data, validating results, and translating insights into action
  • Excellent project and time management capabilities
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across teams
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving change through collaboration and data
  • Service-minded, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a great customer experience
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Passionate about the Levi’s brand and excited to contribute to our customer-first, digitally enabled future
