There is a very exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to join their dynamic team within a large well-known retailer.
The Ecommerce Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all ecommerce platforms, reporting into the Head of Digital.
- Working closely with the wider Digital team and liaise with other teams internally as well as external partners.
- Managing the running of all ecommerce platforms.
- Oversee web development plans.
- Produce performance reports and present these to the wider business.
- Manage software integrations, including PIM (and PIM workflows), CRM databases and audience segmentation.
- Identify areas for improvement – including on UX and CRO techniques.
- Budget management.
- Provide technical assistance to Store Managers.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms (PIM, CRM and ESP).
- Ability to interpret technical information into an easier format.
