Job Description:

Ecommerce Merchandising & Performance Executive

Shape the digital future of one of the world’s most iconic sportswear brands

Our client, a global sportswear brand, is entering a bold new phase of growth, and the digital channel is front and centre. This is an opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for data, a strong understanding of online merchandising, and a passion for product to help drive the next chapter of our client's ecommerce success.

If you are hungry to grow, love analysing performance, and get excited by turning insights into action—this could be your next big move.

What you will do:

  • Own the product catalogue for the online store—from upload to execution.
  • Ensure every product is accurately represented, priced correctly, and visually spot-on.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify all content and data.
  • Manage samples for content creation, making sure everything aligns with global standards.
  • Curate and maintain how products show up online—category placement, sorting, cross-sells, upsells, and featured edits.
  • Update homepages and categories in line with campaign plans, seasonality, and product drops.
  • Plan stock and forecast for the online business, working closely with demand planning.
  • Manage markdowns, upload promotions, and create promo codes.
  • Continuously improve site navigation, filters, and UX to make discovery easier and shopping faster.

Data & Performance

  • Dive deep into product and category performance using GA4, BI tools, and other analytics platforms.
  • Build daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports—cross-checking against traffic and conversion metrics.
  • Use insights to shape visibility, improve conversion, and highlight what is working (and what is not).
  • Recommend and run A/B tests to optimise merchandising strategy and product presentation.

Who you are:

  • Data-driven but product-savvy—you understand numbers, but also know what makes a great-looking assortment.
  • Degree in Economics or similar background preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics 4—comfortable working with data sets and dashboards.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and curious.
  • Excited about the chance to grow your career in a business that is scaling fast.
