Ecommerce Marketplace Manager

£40,000 per annum plus benefits

Based in Stoke with hybrid working model (50:50 home/office split)

My client is a global market leading manufacturer and seller or high end porcelain. Through their 6 brands, they sell their products in over 60 countries with 650 staff and a global turnover in excess of £100M.

Due to the continues expansion of their online presence, they are now looking for someone to join and take ownership of their Amazon sales with a view to expansion across more marketplaces in the near future. You'll be responsible for the commercial performance, strategic growth, and day-to-day operations of the UK Amazon platform. Reporting into the Global Head of eCommerce, this role will lead the execution of the marketplace strategy and manage a Marketplace Executive to deliver profitable growth, operational efficiency, and brand integrity across third-party platforms.

This is a commercial and operational role that requires strong trading acumen, cross-functional coordination, and platform expertise to deliver against ambitious revenue and margin targets.

The successful candidate will have gained at least 2 years experience in the world of ecommerce and marketplaces and will be looking to fast track your career in this new role where you'll be in charge of a £2M + revenue stream. Whilst no previous man management experience is required, you will be managing a junior analyst / administrator so good communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
