· Leeds office based

· Opportunity to work from home 3 days one week, 2 days the next (5 days in a two-week period).

· Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

The Role (12 months maternity cover)

The eCommerce Marketplace Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of Amazon and other marketplaces, collaborating on strategic e-Commerce initiatives with the Senior International/EU eCommerce Manager and the MD/VP UK, China & International. The focus will be on driving incremental sales of existing products and launching new products online. The role will also involve participating in a wider EU Amazon working group, sharing knowledge and best practices, and consulting with the US team on reporting and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the marketplace strategy for the UK, working with senior management.
  • Manage daily operations and development of third-party online channels, especially Amazon 1P and 3P.
  • Optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Create and optimize product listings to increase views and sales.
  • Develop and manage review generation programs.
  • Support Amazon asset creation, including A+ content and brand pages, with global marketing teams.
  • Conduct market research on competitors for growth opportunities.
  • Generate weekly sales reports and analyze performance.
  • Identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and propose strategic solutions.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve conversion rates, including pricing, PPC, packaging, coupons, and customer communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and supply chain management to ensure stock availability, quality, and compliance.

Experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience managing Amazon platforms (both 1P and 3P preferred).
  • Experience with other platforms like eBay and OnBuy.
  • Budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Stock control management.
