Join RNIB (Royal National Institute of Blind People) and play a vital role in creating a more inclusive and accessible world for people with sight loss.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join our Retail team! You’ll oversee all aspects of ecommerce marketing, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, PR and social media, along with wider brand marketing strategies increase sales through our ecommerce channels, raising brand awareness, increasing customer numbers, improving customer engagement and conversion.

As the ideal candidate you will possess a strong understanding of ecommerce marketing strategies, digital channels, and analytics, with the ability to effectively reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.

What You’ll Do

Digital Marketing Campaign Management: Execute digital marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, social media, email, and display channels. Conduct A/B tests and analyse performance for optimisation, and maximising ROI.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Develop SEO strategies, using analytics to drive performance and enhance organic search visibility and online store traffic. Perform keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building to boost search engine rankings.

Paid Search (PPC) Marketing: Manage paid search campaigns, creating ad copy and optimising bidding to increase click-through rates and conversions. Track and analyse performance, adjusting bids and targeting to achieve optimal results.

Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies that engage audiences and promote our products and services. Creating content, managing accounts and running ad campaigns.

Email Marketing: Create and implement email campaigns to engage leads, promote products, and drive sales by build out target customer lists, segmenting audiences, and crafting targeted content.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist or equivalent role with a demonstrable track record of success in driving online sales growth.
  • Strong and applied understanding of ecommerce marketing strategies, digital channels, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and other relevant digital marketing disciplines.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
