Job summary

Talent Guardian is partnering with an established and growing business in Poole to recruit a commercially minded Marketing Executive. This varied, hands-on role supports daily marketing and online trading across a portfolio of brands, working closely with Trading Managers on website updates, email campaigns, product launches and performance reporting.

It’s an excellent opportunity for an organised, detail-focused marketer who enjoys pace and wants to see direct commercial impact from their work.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce or online trading.
• Marketing degree or CIM qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience updating website content via a CMS.
• Experience with email marketing campaigns and digital content.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Capable of managing multiple deadlines at pace.
• Commercial mindset with willingness to suggest improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Update website content, product information, pricing and categories.
• Support product launches and online merchandising.
• Build and send email marketing campaigns.
• Publish informative digital content.
• Proofread marketing materials for high standards.
• Monitor website and campaign performance.
• Conduct market and competitor research and share insights.
• Maintain accurate product and customer data across systems.
• Assist with monthly reporting and KPI analysis.
• Help with new website builds, marketplaces and resellers.
• Suggest improvements to marketing processes.
