My client is a prominent and multi-award winning retailer based just outside of London is looking for an Online Trade focused Ecommerce Manager to join their business as a truly pivotal part of their business. Working closely with the Head of Marketing you will develop the ecommerce strategy, always ensuring best practice and that the business is up to date with the latest industry changes. You will also scope new projects and integrations and manage them through implementation. This role will be excellent for anyone looking to further their exposure to broader elements of a business.

You will manage the e-commerce roadmap and strategy, monitor the website for bugs and improvement and conduct regular site walk throughs. You will oversee all online activity e.g. content updates and merchandising. You will lead, manage and support the ecommerce executive and work closely with the SEO agency to keep the site optimised. You will manage all seasonal product launches and provide weekly and ad hoc KPI reporting and analysis of site performance to all relevant business stakeholders. You will be responsible for email marketing automation, flows, segmentation and provide ideas for content. You will ensure stock levels are correct between the warehouse and website and monitor and maintain warehouse middleware.

I am looking to speak to people who have 3-4 years trading experience, a strong attention to detail and be passionate about ecommerce customer experience. You will have a proactive and analytical mindset with a positive, collaborative, can-do attitude as well as possessing excellent communication skills. A commercial thinker with Google analytics and Shopify experience will be advantageous and experience in email marketing platforms would be ideal.
