Qualifications

• Experience in an Ecommerce Manager or senior ecommerce role.
• Experience managing a small team within a commercial environment.
• Background in wholesale, distribution or a large product-based business.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Ability to analyse data and make commercially focused decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated longevity in previous roles.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of three Ecommerce Executives.
• Overseeing day-to-day ecommerce operations across multiple platforms.
• Managing product listings and digital content.
• Monitoring online performance and customer behaviour.
• Supporting product launches and campaigns.
• Managing relationships with third-party platforms.
• Identifying process improvements for online customer experience.
• Producing regular performance reports for senior leadership.
