What are we recruiting for?

We are seeking an experienced and proactive eCommerce Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This critical role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Olivias.com website, supporting trading and marketing activities, and driving online performance across key KPIs.

The successful candidate will be digitally savvy, highly organised, and confident working across a wide range of e-commerce functions. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the online customer journey and deliver a first-class shopping experience.

What will you be doing?
  • Website Management & Trading Calendar – Oversee the daily site operations, including updates to homepage, product listings, landing pages, and content blocks. Own and maintain the promotional and content calendar in line with commercial goals and seasonal campaigns.
  • Creative Content & Merchandising – Brief, design (where applicable), and implement banners, landing pages, and visual content across the site. Manage and merchandise product and collection pages to reflect marketing priorities, trends, and trading performance.
  • Email Marketing – Plan, build, and schedule weekly email newsletters and triggered flow emails using our CRM and email tools.
  • Marketing Support & Channel Oversight – Work closely with internal teams to oversee the planning and execution of key marketing channels, including SEO, organic social, and paid social. Help guide strategy and implementation by contributing to content planning, on-site optimisation, campaign briefs, and performance reviews.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Monitor website and campaign performance, interpreting data to inform strategy and optimisations. Reporting regularly on KPIs.
What will you bring to the party?
  • Proven experience in an e-commerce or digital trading role, ideally within retail or home interiors.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Shopify preferred).
  • Responsible for e-commerce activities for a similar premium/luxury brand
  • Strong understanding of UX, customer journeys/funnels, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and building campaigns (e.g., Klaviyo or similar).
  • A good grasp of SEO principles and content strategy.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Basic graphic design and content editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
  • Analytical mindset – confident using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
