Job description

A key client of mine is looking to expand their Ecommerce team and as a result is now looking to recruit an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join, and further enhance their Ecommerce offering.

Role Overview
They are seeking a B2B Ecommerce Manager to own and drive their online sales channels, delivering growth through digital acquisition, retention, and customer experience improvements. You will be responsible for managing the ecommerce platform, developing strategies to increase revenue, and ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the B2B ecommerce strategy to drive online revenue growth.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring product, pricing, and promotions are up to date.

  • Work with Sales teams to align online and offline customer experiences.

  • Analyse performance data (traffic, conversion, AOV, retention) and recommend actions to improve results.

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and digital agencies.

  • Oversee customer journey optimisation including UX, search, merchandising, and checkout.

  • Build reports and KPIs to track ecommerce performance.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive previous experience in a B2B ecommerce role.

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms

  • Proven ability to deliver sales and conversion growth.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics or similar.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
