£35,000-£45,000 depending on experience + bonus
Welcome to the fun side of fashion! We're Llama Leisure, a fast-growing and ambitious UK-based ecommerce company looking for a resourceful and tech-savvy Ecommerce Manager to join our team. We've quickly become one of the UK market leaders in funky leggings and we're on a mission to empower women of all shapes and sizes to feel confident, comfortable and unstoppable in leisurewear.
You'll be stepping into a wide-ranging role working directly with the founders, giving you real responsibility, real impact and the chance to grow alongside the business. It's an exciting time as we continue to expand into new sales channels and plan for even bigger things ahead.
If you're someone who thrives in a varied role, enjoys problem solving and improving how things work every day, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations on our Shopify store to keep everything running smoothly and deliver a great customer experience, including product listings and merchandising
- Plan and execute product launches, campaigns and promotions, checking everything is ready and all marketing assets are in place
- Ensure our warehouse and 3PL is aligned on deliveries, stock updates and despatch issues
- Collaborate with agencies (SEO, PPC, CRO, creative) to ensure alignment across all digital activities
- Use tools like TripleWhale, Google Analytics and Shopify reports to track KPIs and site behaviour to guide improvements
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to support sales and marketing decisions
- Oversee customer service escalations and performance metrics, including product reviews
- Understand our ecosystem of software and apps to identify and fix issues when they occur
- Support website optimisation efforts including A/B testing, landing pages, user journey audits and design tweaks (e.g. navigation, product page layout)
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve our technology stack across operations and marketing
- Help expand to new sales channels or marketplaces, coordinating go-live activity
- Identify and lead implementation of new opportunities for growth
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an ecommerce operations role (ideally using Shopify)
- Comfortable with digital tools and a quick learner - you know your way around apps, dashboards and spreadsheets
- A great problem solver who takes initiative and gets things done
- Able to manage your own priorities while juggling multiple projects at once
- Good with Excel (happy working with data, not just viewing it)
- Familiar with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, email, social), A/B testing and CRO
- Always open to learning and interested in how things work to make them better
- Experience working remotely within a small team
- UK-based
- Bonus: experience with Klaviyo, Gorgias, TripleWhale and other ecommerce tools
Why This Role?
- You'll play a pivotal role in how the company runs - your impact will be visible from day one
- You'll work in a flat, no-bureaucracy team where ideas are valued over job titles
- You'll be given the freedom to shape the role and grow with the company
- You'll get to work with great tools, smart partners and real autonomy
- You'll join a small, driven team where flexibility, trust and communication are key
What You'll Get
- Fully remote within the UK & flexible working hours
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) + your birthday off
- Equipment allowance to set you up for success
- Company pension scheme
- Free products for you and your family
- Ability to grow and progress with the company
- Performance-based bonuses
This is a role for someone who loves taking the initiative and getting things done. If you're eager to take ownership, love improving processes and thrive in a “small team, big responsibility” environment, this is your opportunity. We recommend applying early.
