Job description

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused Ecommerce Manager to drive our website growth and ensure a seamless customer journey from product discovery to delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Oversee and maintain all product listings on the ecommerce platform (e.g., WordPress/WooCommerce).
• Manage and set up visual assets, ensuring high-quality product imagery using design software.
• Coordinate website promotions, including banners, pop-ups, discount codes and BOGOF offer.
• Supervise and manage customer service enquiries.
• Manage returns and exchange processes.
• Coordinate with TNT, DPD, FedEx to ensure reliable drop offs and pickups from our branches.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Track and report on ecommerce performance to leadership.
• Contribute to marketing efforts including Google and email advertising.
• Build and coordinate with leadership on ecommerce and website strategy and growth.
• Work with website developers to improve navigation and SEO of site

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing content on WordPress & WooCommerce platforms.
• Competency in design software such as Photoshop.
• Excellent organisation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident handling both customer interactions and operational tasks.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Google & social media adverts.

Desirable:

• Previous ecommerce or retail experience, ideally in agricultural or horticultural sectors.
• Knowledge of ecommerce best practices and current online shopping trends.
