Job description

About Us

Print Clever is a leading on-demand print and e-commerce company powering a portfolio of licensed, owned, and partner stores. Our growth is fuelled by innovation, automation, and a creative edge — from fan merchandise to premium lifestyle brands.

We're now scaling our direct-to-consumer (DTC) efforts and looking for a commercially-minded E-Commerce Manager to lead the charge.

The Role

As E-Commerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, trading, and day-to-day performance of all Print Clever-run stores — spanning internal brands and high-profile OBS (Own Branded Store) partnerships. This is a leadership role with hands-on elements: you’ll manage a small team, drive traffic and sales, and own everything from digital merchandising to campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Store Performance & Commercial Trading

Own performance KPIs across all stores (AOV, CR, bounce rate, LTV, margin)

Plan and execute trading calendars, promotions, and new product launches

Align campaigns with brand/partner goals and merchandising best practices

Marketing & Conversion

Lead SEO, PPC (Google/Meta), email, and promotional strategy

Coordinate campaigns with the design team to align messaging and visuals

Run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve UX and reduce friction

Team Management

Manage a team of e-commerce assistants, designers, and marketers

Run regular stand-ups and monthly performance reviews

Build individual development plans with clear KPIs and growth opportunities

Platform Ownership & Coordination

Oversee infrastructure and UX across Shopify (and other platforms as needed)

Collaborate with production, fulfilment, and tech teams to maintain store health

Monitor stock integration, fulfilment SLAs, and customer communication flows

Reporting & Forecasting

Create dashboards, P&Ls, and SKU-level reporting (with support from MI/Finance)

Present performance insights to senior leadership

Monitor trends, opportunities, and risks across categories and campaigns

About You

We’re looking for a results-driven, creative, and analytical thinker with:

4-7 years of e-commerce experience

A proven record of managing stores and delivering growth

Solid knowledge of SEO, PPC, and conversion optimisation

Team leadership experience (marketers, merchandisers, or designers)

Analytical ability — comfortable with GA4, Shopify Analytics, and dashboards

A passion for great design, product storytelling, and customer experience

Job Type: Full-time
