Job description

An eCommerce company based in Warwickshire is on the hunt for an eCommerce Manager to join the team, managing their ecommerce platforms across both company websites and delivering engaging and successful customer journeys.

The right candidate will have at least five years of experience in an e-commerce focused position and will be well versed in CRO practices to enhance user experience and convert users into meaningful customers.

Location: Warwickshire (four days per week in office)

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • At least five years experience in a similar company and role
  • A strong understanding of the Shopify platform
  • Clear demonstrable knowledge of CRO best practices and website builds
  • Able to work with the wider team to execute campaigns that represent the brand and solidify business objectives
  • Capable of monitoring performance data and using the data to change tack if needed
  • Comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Happy to work alongside an external marketing agency
