As we expand our global digital footprint, we are seeking an experienced and passionate E-Commerce Manager to elevate our online presence and drive exceptional customer experiences.

Role Overview:

As the E-Commerce Manager, you will own the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of Roja London’s global e-commerce channels. You will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing customer journeys, and ensuring that our digital touchpoints reflect the luxury standard of the brand. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, technical know-how, and an appreciation for the nuances of luxury retail.The ideal candidate will also be data-driven, with a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and execute the global e-commerce strategy.

·Achieve commercial targets for revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and traffic.

·Analyse site performance and customer behaviour to continuously optimize conversion rates and average order value.

·Identify new opportunities for market expansion, including emerging digital platforms and international markets.

Website & Platform Management

·Oversee day-to-day operations of rojalondon.com.

·Ensure the site is visually aligned with the brand and technically optimized.

·Manage product uploads, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to maximize sell-through and customer engagement.

·Optimise product descriptions, imagery, and merchandising to improve conversion.

·Work closely with web developers to troubleshoot and implement new features.

Customer Experience

·Ensure a seamless, luxurious, and personalized shopping experience across all devices.

·Work closely with the customer service team to monitor feedback and implement improvements.

Digital Marketing & CRM

·Develop and execute the trading calendar, aligning promotions with broader marketing initiatives.

·Leverage CRM tools to deliver personalized communications and build customer loyalty.

·Optimise on-site SEO to increase organic traffic and improve keyword rankings.

·Collaborate with the marketing team on paid media campaigns, ensuring strong conversion rates.

·Develop customer segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalisation.

·Implement loyalty programmes and retention strategies to increase repeat purchases.

Analytics & Reporting

·Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion, sales, customer acquisition, and retention.

·Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights to senior management.

·Analyse customer data to improve personalisation and drive long-term engagement.

·Optimise checkout flows and payment options to reduce friction in the buying journey.

Qualifications & Skills:

·4+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within luxury or beauty industries.

·Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, ideally including Shopify

·Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and data dashboards.

·Commercially driven with a track record of delivering sales growth.

·Excellent understanding of luxury customer expectations and digital best practices.

·Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

·A passion for fragrance and the luxury sector is highly desirable.
