Job description

Position: Junior Ecommerce Manager

Location: London | Hybrid

Package: £30k - £40k

Our client is a leading online retailer with a strong focus on sustainable & ethical products. They are looking for an analytical-minded Junior Ecommerce Manager to join the team. As the Junior Ecommerce Manager, you'll be responsible for all web & app content while focusing on the optimisation of customer experience to maximise sales and customer loyalty.

You will:
  1. Manage all product listings & new launches to maximise sales
  2. Analyse and optimise product displays across online & app platforms
  3. Own both planned & seasonal content across various web & app platforms
  4. Develop & execute a continuous testing plan to contribute to UI & UX development and optimisation
  5. Own the reporting function, turning data into actionable insights
  6. Use all available Ecom tools to deliver a world-class and personalised journey to customers
You'll ideally bring:
  1. Previous experience in a digital or Ecommerce role
  2. Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for detail
  3. A good understanding of various digital, Ecom and content management tools
  4. An understanding of Google Analytics (Beneficial)
  5. Your passion for sustainability & driving positive social & environmental impact
