Digital Manager – Travel Brand

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000

Location: West London (Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in office)

To support this growth, our client is seeking a hands‑on Digital/ECommerce Manager to take ownership of their digital channels and elevate their online presence to match the world‑class quality of their tours.

Digital / Ecommerce Manager Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise website performance, ensuring speed, reliability, and seamless user journeys.
  • Deliver actionable insights through GA4 and GTM, reporting on traffic, sources, and conversions.
  • Lead conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, designing and running tests to improve performance.
  • Oversee technical SEO to maximise visibility, including in key international markets.
  • Manage CMS content updates.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure smooth online launches of new tours.
  • Work with client‑facing teams to streamline customer onboarding and booking processes.
  • Oversee paid digital acquisition via agencies, ensuring efficient budget use and strong ROI.
  • Drive internationalisation of the website, adapting for new markets and audiences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Travel industry experience preferred.
  • Proven experience managing digital channels: web development, CMS, CRO, SEO, and paid acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence using GA4, GTM, and testing tools.
  • Experience in internationalisation/localisation projects.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Product and client‑facing teams.
  • Technically competent in managing web development projects and agency relationships.
  • Commercially minded, focused on traffic growth, conversions, and ROI.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a small, ambitious team.
