Excellent career opportunity for an experienced ecommerce manager to help a luxury multichannel retailer embarking on its digital transformation. Reporting to the Ecom Director, you will play an important role in the growth of the D2C site and enhance the digital presence of the brand.

1. Role Overview: As the Ecommerce Lead or Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will manage multiple projects and frequently launch new products. You will obsess over the customer journey, working closely with marketing and analytics teams to improve CRO and site optimisation.
2. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing, analysts, retail, wholesale, and act as the ecommerce ambassador. Develop marketplace opportunities, assist in implementing new technologies, and work with the omnichannel team to create a customer-centric experience.
3. Ideal Candidate: Someone with a strong focus on website functionality, experience managing projects, and driving online sales in a luxury or fast-paced environment. Shopify (Shopify Plus) experience and multichannel background are essential. Proficiency in web analysis with GA4 is required. A commercial leader with ownership and accountability skills.
