Shift patterns: 4on4 off Shift, Days, 6am to 6pm
Location: Coventry - CV6 4BX

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• To take operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve operational standards and the customer
• Analyse and understand health and safety related risks for our associates, take action to reduce or eliminate these risks according to a prioritized plan
• Take responsibility for managing and running a safe operation and driving a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
• Review incident investigations within the work place, respond to escalated issues of non compliance and ensure relevant safety regulations and procedures are adhered to
• Driving continuous improvement quarter-on-quarter based on removing barriers to improved performance for the department where necessary
