• Overall responsibility and management of Myprotein Romania – including product reviews, content, social media, and forums.
• Monitoring key site metrics like GP, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, Exit Rates, Traffic (new and returning).
• Using analytics and our reporting platform to understand customer journey, optimize sales, measure performance & define strategy for the Romanian site.
• Collaborating with digital marketing to increase traffic and improve existing channels.
• Sharing insights on customer behavior and trends using our data platform.
• Monitoring conversion on key landing pages and optimizing accordingly.
• Calculating commercial aspects of onsite promotions to meet GP targets.
• Working with marketing teams to acquire new customers cost-effectively.
• Developing relationships with key websites for customer acquisition.
• Identifying growth opportunities and enhancing brand reputation.
• Creating engaging product pages in partnership with design and editorial teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent Romanian and English speaker
• University Degree preferred
• Experience in online trading roles is a plus
• Strong academic record
• Interest in digital marketing and e-commerce
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ambitious, intelligent, and responsible individuals
• Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a start-up environment
