Job Description:

Life as an Ecommerce Executive

Medik8 is on an extraordinary growth journey - and we’re just getting started. As we expand globally, with a renewed focus on the USA, EMEA, and APAC regions, we’re looking for a proactive, digitally-minded E-commerce Executive to support our daily online trading activities and help deliver a seamless, engaging D2C experience.

You’ll be joining the high-growth, white-space EMEA & Rest of World team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in executing campaigns, updating website content, managing trading plans, and supporting exciting new builds as we evolve our global D2C platforms.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • You’ll be part of major localisation and personalisation initiatives across EMEA & ROW markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital, Creative, Brand, and SEO
  • Be a key player in new site launches, campaign rollouts, and trading optimisation
  • Shape the future of user experience and contribute directly to revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily e-commerce operations and trading plans across international markets
  • Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy across regions and language
  • Brief copy and visual assets for promotions and campaigns
  • Merchandising: manage product launches and ensure timely, accurate on-site execution
  • Plan, brief, and launch direct-to-consumer campaigns aligned with commercial goals
  • Work with developers to optimise features and enhance user journeys
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyse user behaviour, and implement conversion rate optimisations
  • Regularly audit sites to improve UX, searchability, categorisation, and discoverability
  • Collaborate with SEO partners to drive organic growth
  • Provide support across paid digital channels and broader online projects

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an e-commerce executive or coordinator role
  • Experience working with European/multi-language markets is highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms
  • Confident with tools like Google Analytics and Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas)
  • Highly organised, analytical, and solutions-focused with excellent attention to detail
  • A self-starter with a commercial mindset and collaborative approach
