About the E Commerce Executive Role

We’re looking for a curious, hands-on, and digitally-minded Ecommerce Content Executive to join a growing team and take their online presence up a notch (or ten). This is a great opportunity for someone who’s used to being a digital all-rounder — someone who knows how to make content that looks good, reads well, and actually gets results.

You’ll be working with internal teams and external social media partners to shape the voice, look, and feel of the brand across all digital touchpoints. This is a fully office-based role in Stratford-upon-Avon, perfect for someone who thrives in a buzzing, collaborative workspace.

Salary up to £35,000, depending on experience and the creative brilliance you bring to the table.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Writing compelling content for product pages, blogs, and digital campaigns that speaks to the audience and drives sales.
• Using Photoshop (or similar tools) to create engaging visual content that elevates the customer experience.
• Keeping a close eye on how content looks and feels from a user perspective – making sure the online journey is smooth, logical, and enjoyable.
• Uploading and managing content via WordPress – ensuring everything is looking sharp, fully functional, and on-brand.
• Working alongside social media partners to keep the brand’s voice consistent across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Developing and delivering SEO-friendly content strategies, packed with keyword-rich, search-boosting magic.
• Using tools like Google Analytics to monitor performance and spot opportunities to improve.
• Coordinating exciting multimedia content – think unboxing videos, product demos, and customer stories that bring products to life.

What You’ll Need for this Ecommerce Executive Role?

• Previous experience in eCommerce or digital content creation, ideally in a smaller business where you’ve worn a few hats.
• Strong creative flair and the confidence to bring ideas to life through both written and visual content.
• Solid Photoshop (or equivalent) skills – you don’t have to be a designer, but you know how to make visuals pop.
• Experience using WordPress to manage, format, and publish digital content.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and how content plays into digital visibility.
• Comfortable using analytics tools to understand what’s working – and what could work better.
• A passion for all things digital – especially UX, storytelling, and giving users a seamless online experience.
