Overview

As an eCommerce Executive, you'll play a key part in growing the company's digital footprint across six Amazon territories plus D2C and B2C platforms. From optimising product listings and forecasting sales to collaborating on campaigns and ensuring the best possible customer journey, you'll be at the heart of their online success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise product listings, pricing, content, and promotions across Amazon and D2C sites.
  • Monitor account health, Buy Box performance, and stock levels, arranging FBA shipments where needed.
  • Work with marketing teams and agencies to deliver promotions, campaigns, and seasonal launches.
  • Track KPIs, sales, and ad performance, turning insights into actions.
  • Support customer experience by ensuring sites run smoothly, content is localised, and service queries are resolved quickly.
  • Assist with international eCommerce activity across the UK, US, and European markets.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years Amazon or eCommerce experience (consumer goods, retail, or FMCG ideal).
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confident with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Great communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working across multiple territories and time zones.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
  • Bonus skills (nice-to-have): experience in multi-territory eCommerce, international logistics/tax, or creative tools like Canva/Photoshop.
