Job description

About Us:

Hi there We're Wild. We set out to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom and ended up building one of the fastest-growing personal care brands in Europe. Our refillable, natural deodorant is now in millions of hands, our cases are collected like accessories, and our collaborations - from Disney to seasonal scent drops - keep the brand fresh, playful and impossible to ignore. Now part of the Unilever family, we have the backing to go global while keeping the pace, ambition and mischief of a start-up.

The Role:

We're looking to hire an Ecommerce Executive to work within the Growth Team at Wild. This role is for someone who lives and breathes Ecommerce and D2C (direct to consumer). You'll play a key role in merchandising our website and getting product launches live, working alongside automated workflows that handle a lot of the manual set-up - so your focus is on getting the details right, spotting anything that needs a human eye, and helping shape a ‘best in class’ customer journey that maximises conversion.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, has a hunger to learn and is keen to grow quickly. You have a sharp eye for detail, a creative streak, and a real interest in website & tech set-up - plus you're comfortable picking up AI tools to help you work smarter.

You will report into our Senior Ecommerce Manager. Please note this is a junior/entry level position.

Some of your responsibilities:
  • Merchandise and maintain our website across 9 fully localised markets, making sure pages are always up to date with the correct products, offers, copy & visuals.

  • Set up and launch products in Shopify and our CMS, using automated workflows to speed up the process and checking outputs closely for accuracy.

  • Work closely with the creative team and international teams to ensure images and translated copy are ready and on-brand for launches.

  • Work with the Supply Chain Team on stock management for products across our 4 Shopify stores.

  • Come up with ideas for and help build and test landing pages, offers and promotions for different customer cohorts and product launches, including AB testing across the site and customer journey to improve conversion rate.

  • Report on key website metrics including conversion rate, average order value and bounce rate, using what you learn to inform future tests.

What we need from you:

Please note that we welcome applications from candidates who may not hit every single bullet point on the lists below - if you’re passionate about our mission and feel you have relevant skills and experiences to add value to this role, please submit an application!

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced entry level ecommerce role, working on website merchandising and content management is preferable but not essential.

  • You're keen to grow quickly and take on more responsibility as you learn.

  • A sharp eye for detail - you catch the small things that make a page look right.

  • A creative streak, with lots of ideas and a willingness to think outside the box.

  • Comfort using AI tools to work more efficiently is a plus.

  • You can manage your time efficiently even to tight deadlines and enjoy problem solving.

  • Strong communication skills - you'll be collaborating with lots of different teams and stakeholders.

  • You think commercially and analytically, taking decisions with a data-driven approach.

  • As we manage content across multiple localised markets, an additional language (particularly French or German) is a valuable asset.

  • An underlying passion for the planet and sustainability.

What you’ll get from us:
  • 25 days holidays + bank holidays + 9 extra remote working days

  • Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our shiny new London office

  • Enhanced maternity, paternity & parental leave

  • 4% Company Pension

  • Mental well-being support through Spill

  • Private healthcare through Vitality

  • Weekly early finishes and social events

  • Annual L & D budget

  • Free breakfast

  • Free & discounted Wild products

  • 2 x team volunteering days and 2 x personal volunteering days

  • Cycle to Work Scheme & access to CycleSaver
