E-Commerce Executive

Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time, Office-based, Monday to Friday

Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a range of E-Commerce activities and play a key role in driving online sales growth.

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll be managing and overseeing all aspects of online sales platforms, including major sites like Amazon and eBay. Working closely with a skilled sales team, you’ll help shape strategies and ensure the effective performance of our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimise online platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.) to meet sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in online sales
  • Monitor and adjust pricing across various online platforms
  • Track online sales performance and analyse customer data to identify trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance overall website performance
  • Maintain and optimise product listings and related content
  • Stay current with industry trends and apply this knowledge to improve sales outcomes
  • Conduct competitor analysis to uncover new market opportunities
  • Manage customer enquiries across websites and online platforms

Required Skills and Experience:
