Ecommerce Data Content Specialist

Role Specification

Role Objective:

As a key team member, you will help write, manage, and structure the online content for our e-trading department. You will work closely with our SEO (Search Engine Optimization) team to identify new product features and ensure all content attributes and descriptions are properly managed for e-trading and all key touchpoints of the customer journey.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage and develop the content aspect of e-trading, ensuring the site is always up to date and provides reliable, consistent online information. You will also work within the team to enhance the online customer experience and implement the online content marketing strategy.

Summary of Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure search terms and keywords produce accurate results
• Verify that landing pages direct end users correctly
• Optimize the customer journey and implement SEO best practices
• Correct misspelled words for search optimization
• Optimize brand and product listings
• Manage bury and boost strategies
• Ensure meta data accuracy
• Analyze products and categories that underperform
• Manage and oversee the online content lifecycle
• Ensure all content adheres to Brand Guidelines for all product ranges
