Scope is recruiting for an eCommerce Customer Service Administrator at our Salford hub. The role involves providing essential administrative support to the eCommerce team and online customers, managing stock and data entry, and resolving customer enquiries promptly.
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, in a full-time, office-based role with a 35-hour week and a generous benefits package including 35 days holiday and a company pension.

The eCommerce Customer Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting Scope's eCommerce team and online customers, providing timely and accurate administrative support.
In this role, you will manage a range of essential administrative tasks, including responding to and resolving customer enquiries received online, as well as queries arising from Scope's finance and stock management systems.
Permanent, full time (35 hours a week)
This will be full time office based role working Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm (hub operating hours)
Location: Salford Hub based at Units 19-20, Westlink Business Park, Guide Street, Salford, M50 1BX
